We own ten brands today, and we plan to launch ten more over the next twelve months.
We're a fast-growing wellness and beauty brand portfolio operating across multiple Amazon seller accounts in the US marketplace, spanning supplements and cosmetics. We're in an aggressive growth phase and building out our Amazon operations team to match.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role in a category (supplements and cosmetics) where mistakes are costly - think listing suppressions, compliance flags, and account health risks. We need someone detail-oriented, fast to learn, and unafraid to dig into a problem instead of waiting to be told exactly what to do.
02 // THE BAR
What we're looking for.
Monitor Account Health
across multiple Seller Central accounts — track performance metrics, policy violations, and account health dashboards; flag issues before they escalate
Work on product listings
update content, fix listing errors, manage variations, monitor for hijackers or unauthorized changes, and support listing optimization initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally
with PPC, content, and operations to keep listings and accounts aligned with broader growth initiatives
Willingness to learn and bite into problems
this is non-negotiable. You'll be handed ambiguous, sometimes messy situations. We need someone who digs in, asks smart questions, and figures it out rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions
Amazon Seller Central
Hands on and Strong attention to detail — in this category, small errors (a wrong claim, a missed deadline, an unauthorized change) can cause real damage
Organized and process-oriented
comfortable working in tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace
EU-based, CET timezone.
Based in Europe, working CET hours.
