Every brand has multiple funnels. Every funnel has multiple LPs. The CRO Manager owns the prioritization queue, runs the tests, and partners with media buyers + copywriters to ship what wins. We don't test for sport — we test to compound CVR over time.

Our CRO Manager builds new-angle funnels end-to-end including VSLs and post-purchase offers compound.

What we're looking for.

3+ years in DTC CRO.

Owned and prioritized a full experimentation roadmap, not just test execution.

Proven testing volume (50+ experiments shipped)

With documented learnings, outcomes, and impact on conversion or revenue.

Stats-literate.

You know what significance means and when to call a test.

Funnel & business thinking

Understands CVR, AOV, LTV, retention — and optimizes for revenue, not just clicks.

Tool-fluent.

Hands-on CheckoutChamp experience or custom code funnel building. Convert/VWO/Optimizely alone is not sufficient.

Briefs winning pages.

Able to translate insights into clear LP and experiment briefs for designers and copywriters.

Strong English.

Test plans and result memos that get read.

  • Direct-response supplements or skincare brand experience at $2M+/month scale.
  • You haven't worked on a direct-response supplements or skincare brand.
