01 // WHO WE ARE

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Social Media Manager and creative team to bring content to life—designing high-performing assets for social (Reels, statics, carousels) while also helping build and maintain brand guidelines and content systems to ensure consistency across brands.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, and understands how to design for social. We’re looking for designers who use AI as a tool to enhance speed and creativity — while maintaining a high standard for realism, brand alignment, and performance.

What You’ll Do

Social Content Design

1. Create engaging, on-brand assets for: - Reels (text overlays, light motion, short-form edits) - Stories - Static posts - Carousel posts 2. Execute against content calendars and creative briefs 3. Design with performance in mind (clear messaging, strong hooks, readability) Brand Consistency & Guidelines 1. Help create and maintain brand guidelines (colors, typography, layout styles) 2. Develop templates and content guides to ensure consistency across posts and brands 3. Apply brand standards consistently across multiple brands AI-Enhanced Creative Production 1. Utilize AI tools to support content creation (e.g., image generation, background extension, concept mockups, light video enhancements) 2. Ensure all AI-assisted content feels realistic, on-brand, and native to social platforms 3. Use AI to improve speed and output—not replace design judgment or quality Cross-Team Collaboration 1. Work closely with the Social Media Manager (who owns strategy and planning) 2. Collaborate with UGC and creative teams to execute ideas quickly 3. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs efficiently

What we're looking for.

Proven experience

Designing for social media (Reels, carousels, statics)

Strong portfolio

Showcasing relevant work (required).

Brand Guidelines

Experience working within or creating brand guidelines.

AI tools within the design workflow

Experience using AI tools within the design workflow (while maintaining high-quality, realistic output)

Execute quickly

Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency.

Manage design needs

Comfortable managing design needs across multiple brands

Strong eye.

Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Proficiency in:

- Adobe Creative Suite - Figma - Canva - CapCut (or similar) - AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Photoshop AI features, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce / DTC brands
  • Familiarity with UGC-style content
  • Motion design or animation skills
  • Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends
