What we're looking for.

2+ years of recruiting experience.

Non-negotiable. We're not training anyone from zero.

Multi-function range.

You've sourced for at least three different functions — e.g. ops, creative, customer service. You don't only do one lane.

Speed.

Multiple qualified candidates surfaced per week. Same-day reach-outs. No precious attachment to a single funnel.

Strong English.

Every candidate-facing email, screening call, and offer conversation is in English. Native or near-native.

Self-managed.

Briefs in, shortlists out. You don't need hand-holding to find people.

Remote-ready.

You’ve worked remote before and you know how to run a hiring loop async across timezones.

Don't apply if:

  • You only post jobs and wait. Inbound-only isn’t a strategy.
  • You’ve only ever recruited for one function (e.g. only engineers).
